OUR STORY
Started Small. Stayed Local to Norfolk
DC Building Services was founded in 2001 by Chris and Sebastian Davies, a father-and-son team who’d been working separately as a carpenter and a bricklayer. The original plan was to take on small jobs together; kitchens, bathrooms, garden walls, and keep things manageable.
Twenty-five years later, we still work the same way: small enough to know every client by name, big enough to handle a full new build or a barn conversion. We turn down more work than we take on, because the alternative is rushing it.

Handles scheduling, invoicing and supplier relationships. Your first point of contact for anything administrative.

Joined in 2014. Runs trades on site, manages day-to-day logistics, and the first person you'll see on a Monday morning.
